Welcome to my crafty abode in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland where I knit, sew, and crochet :)

I live on the East coast of the Isle of Lewis, on the edge of a crofting village,  surrounded by lots of sheep and expansive, beautiful moorland. Brought up in a Gaelic-speaking household, I'm a Hebridean, born and bred.  Panoramic sea views from my hill-top home also provide me with plenty of inspiration :)  Here I love to make and design my textile creations - Harris Tweed® features widely in my work amongst other fabrics.  A bit of vintage-lace doily will never go amiss!

I also enjoy traditional, domestic textile crafts such as sock-knitting, lace knitting and fair-isle work - I hope to feature some more of these crafts when I can - please keep looking for new additions to my range :) Stock will be added to my Etsy Shop as, and when, I make it!
